The Art of Cruelty-Free Fashion
In this entry, I'm going to be talking about two vegan fashion designers who are determined to change the industry. These individuals look to seek fashion without the cost of cruelty.
Stella McCartney is the daughter of famously known musician, Paul McCartney. This Beatles baby is an animal rights activist, fashion designer, musician, and photographer.

Jill Fraser
Jill Fraser founded cruelty free brand, "Jill Milan." Milan was tired of purses made from cruelty. She decided to make an entire line of handbags that were all vegan. Italy screams luxury, and also leather. Florence is the leather capital and generates thousands of by products every year. Jill decided to create her own Italian handbag brand and base it in Milan. Her small step to a future of leather free fashion, is incredible.
Not limited to bags, Jill offers mock-leather jackets, scarves, pet collars, and of course bags of all sort.
"Fabric bags are stitched by hand and many evening bags are entirely handmade. A pattern maker cuts the pattern precisely to ensure that the designer's sketch will be translated perfectly. A cutter then cuts the fabric before the material is transferred to a banconista, or stitcher. The resulting handbag is a piece of art that should last for years."
This quote resides on Jill Milan's official website and explains the vegan made process. The pieces created are extremely beautiful, and look almost like leather. Without the cruelty, the handbags are pricy. Everything is made precisely through extremely detailed designs.
